Can I do a video visit
There should be like a change in the app somehow, from being able to tell us when they arrived and another status so we know that our loved one ACTUALLY has them, since the whole covid all of this sucks so we need other forms of communication to be a bit more improved. I’m not complaining about this company it’s great I just wish they did a little more like anything else to make us feel more closer, I would send a lot more than just a few here and there and waiting for them to call to even know if they got our photos or not since we are not able to see that since the last status we get is ARRIVED.
